June Mod Post #4: Team Doors Results!

Dear Reverie Operators,
This announcement concerns the mid-month plot brought to you by Team Doors. On what is OOCly the evening of June 15th, Team Doors will successfully break open the door to the command deck.
This unlocks a new location for players and with it some information about the station’s past.
NEW LOCATION: COMMAND DECK
After eight hours of attacking the door to the command deck in various ways, it finally breaks. The command deck is pressurised and has regular oxygen levels, meaning the VAC suits are not required -- though of course, the fact that the area before the command deck was depressurised lowers the overall pressure on the command deck while raising the overall pressure of the formerly depressurised area. The overall result is low levels of breathable air, comparable to being high on a mountain. Characters taking off their helmets may experience dizziness until the airlock before the formerly depressurised area is used to raise the overall pressure.

The defining feature of the command deck are its large view screen. At the time characters arrive and by default, it is split between the planet and various sections of space. The command deck also features several consoles. On one console sits an empty cup with coffee stains in and on it. It says “Best Dad” on the mug.
Behind a panel near where the now-blasted-open door used to be, there are five (5) additional VAC suits, another tool kit and another first aid kit.
ACCESSING THE CONSOLES
All consoles react to touch, but it will soon turn out that many of the functions of the console are locked, demanding a command code that characters do not have. Some functions, however, are accessible even without a command code.
Radar & Anti-Meteorite Cannons
Characters can observe that there is a radar sweeping for debris, etc. and that there are anti-meteorite cannons that may be used to protect the station from anything large enough to impact its external integrity. That may have come in handy earlier… but any attempt to use the anti-meteorite cannons will again be met by a request for a command code.
Environmental Controls
The command deck consoles are connected to the station’s internal systems in addition to the network. One function of the internal system that doesn’t require a command code are the environmental controls. These can be used to adjust the temperature on the station by a few degrees up or down -- though any attempt to do something out of normal human range will again be met with a request for a command code.
Video Logs
The internal system also features access to the station’s video logs. Many of these are corrupted, but some are not. See below for a description of what characters can find.
Station Map
Lastly, characters browsing the internal system can find a map of the station. Find more information on this below.
VIDEO LOGS
The uncorrupted video logs constitute some 200 hours worth of video material. The logs can be shown on the view screen. Most of those 200 hours of video material show what must be the former crew of Reverie Terminal working on the command deck. They all wear the same jumpsuits characters woke up in and there’s a lot of sitting in front of consoles. What is noticeable is that the “ghost” Frank and Kamala recorded recently is present in almost all of the videos, clearly in charge.
There is one log that, if characters review all uncorrupted video logs, will stand out. In this recording, we see the same woman (hereafter: Ghost), hands clasped behind her back, order one crew member to contact mission command. She then informs mission command that they are about to begin test zero-zero-five and to stand by. The crew clearly knows the protocol for running this test; various crew members call out their tasks, from slowing the rings to a stop (after which gravity ceases on the command desk and presumably everywhere on the station) to initiating drive.
There is a tense moment. A crew member keeps calling percentages: “Drive at five percent. Drive at ten percent.”
Eventually: “Drive steady at 60 percent. Steady -”
Several consoles beep. “Drive failed.”
Ghost contacts mission command again: “Be advised. Test zero-zero-five failed after a climb to 60%.”
MAP OF THE STATION
Some searching and browsing through the internal systems as far as accessible will reveal a map of Reverie Terminal. (Of course, the map characters find looks far more sophisticated and professional than what your mods whipped up, so please use your imagination for the look, but not the layout.)

The map is interactive, allowing characters to zoom in and out and featuring descriptions of different locations - including those that are currently still locked to characters.
Zooming in on Deck 1 shows the Observation deck on the outer rim of the ring, but farms and a chapel on the inner rim of the ring.
Zooming in on Deck 2 shows the command deck, corridors and the mess hall, with a room off the mess hall labelled “Plants” still inaccessible to characters. The description of the area states that a four-digit access code is required.
Zooming in on Deck 3 brings no surprises: characters already knew the crew quarters and bar with the VR area at its back were there.
Zooming in on Deck 4 brings no surprises, either: the crew quarters and fitness area are already known to characters.
Zooming in on Deck 5 shows more crew quarters, but also an area labelled “Library” (again, a four-digit access code is required). Vanessa Ives and Kylo Ren in particular may realise just how close they’ve come to finding the library. In addition, there is a large area on deck 5 labelled “Medical & Research”. An eight-digit access code is required.
Zooming in on Deck 6 shows, again, more crew quarters, but there is also an area labelled “Hangar”.
Zooming in on Deck 7 shows that it contains the recycling station of Reverie Terminal and storage.
Zooming in on the Shaft gives the label Maintenance.
LOGISTICS
While the new location and its elements are open to and accessible to all, not everyone can be the first to discover them. Accordingly, please comment below under the appropriate headers and we will RNG who is the first to discover these elements by June 15th. Please only comment if you are willing and able to post an open thread - log or network - sharing the discovery with others.
If your character takes initiative on the basis of any of the information provided in this post in attempting, e.g. to open more doors or analysing the logs, please use the comment header provided below to get our input on these matters.
As usual, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Keep in mind that all of this information becomes ICly available on the 15th and not before.

e: I don't expect this to work, just want to know if it would lock her out or fuck her up like messing with locked doors does or smth

In the map, is thr computer prompting those access codes before it can show more information about the areas, or is it saying that you need an access code to get into the areas?

Further, she'll try the following two passwords on the 8-digit door (Medical & Research):
21202516
21062516
The post will go up, working with others to reach these numbers, regardless of if any of the codes work; however, if the codes do work, I'd also post the discovery in the same post/an open log!
EDIT: ASSUMING THE KEYPADS REQUIRE NUMERICAL DIGITS. IF IT'S LETTERS THEN... "utyp" AND "ufyp" WILL BE TRIED FIRST WHOOPS
EDIT2: based on her earlier discussion with Alucard about "JUNE" and having a reason to try it, the 8-digit code:
10211405
will also be tried on the Medical & Research door!

Environmental Controls: He's going to try to see if he can get a read-out of all life support systems, though he will be looking specifically for Air filters/recycling and tank levels, and the same for Water.
Drive: He's also going to want to figure out what the hell they meant by Drive, since he doesn't see anything on the map that seems to match that description. So, he'll be taking a damn close look at that map to see if there's any large area unaccounted for, especially anything that would be near a large power conduit/generator. SPECIFICALLY - he will want to look at the video logs about the Drive Failure and see exactly what controls they were hitting and when, and see if he can get access to those systems somehow. He's not a hacker, though, so if it isn't immediately obvious, he's going to have to get help.
** also this should go without saying, but anything Alex is looking into, he's dragging at least the Rocinante crew into it, too.

Environmental controls: He can get a read-out of these things. All readings are in the green, though somewhat depleted.
Drive: No large area is unaccounted for. Additionally, the video will reveal nothing helping him get access to the system quite so easily. Even where he can follow hand movements, the console displays are dynamic and often require a command code before they show certain elements at all.
