Welcome to Reverie Terminal's first CR meme. While the game has not yet officially opened, please use the CR meme to get to know each other and forge some plans. The game will open on May 1st with an intro log for everyone which — spoilers! — will allow for mingling, exploration, getting to know one another, and have a bit of horror sprinkled on top. Just a bit.

» Fact Cheat Sheet: mako is a workaholic who's super hard on herself, because she expects the best from herself! and everyone around her ngl. her background is in mechanics and engineering, and she's spent her entire life working to be a jaeger pilot. she has a tragic backstory, of course, in that her parents were killed by a kaiju and she almost was too, and she's coming into reverie after just losing her adoptive father and a bunch of other people she cares about on top of that. on the more chill side of things, she loves animals, drawing, and spike spiegel was her childhood hero. she has extensive training in hand to hand combat, and will be willing to teach anyone who wants to learn!
» Permissons/opt outs? none!
» Declare your (CR) intentions: mako has spent most of her life as a loner, so she definitely needs friends. she'll be focusing on trying to figure out how the ship works (so, probably trying to dismantle anything she can get her hands on), and will totally be working herself to death trying to figure out what the hell is going on. she can also be very blunt and rigid, though, so negative cr is definitely possible too!
» Fit & goals: UH WHOOPS i talked about that a bit above, but mako has military training and is very used to crisis situations. goals wise, i'm hoping she'll learn to open up to people more easily and learn to relax more, and i also really want to get her in the middle of figuring out some neat station mysteries!
» Housing plans: mako is probably sharing a double with raleigh! one of them will have to sleep on the floor but yolo

He would love to. And yes they are! The only limitation is that he can't become something big enough to compromise the structural integrity of the ship, which is....hardly any of his morphs tbh.

I doubt it'll end negative (he's super friendly), but would you want some amusingly terrible introductions? The mainframe's going to be getting installed in the station, and end up projecting himself through its consoles.

Amos also plans on gutting some consoles for parts and run around fixing and breaking the station in equal parts so they should help each other!

NICE YEAH absolutely! i think at some point mako's going to dismantle one of the communicators, too, but that will leave her without one for a bit so i'm not sure when i'm going to have her do it. BUT if amos is familiar with space stations mechanics (I'M KIND OF CANONBLIND RIP) mako's going to be like 👀 at him

Amos actually broke his own communicator on purpose on the TDM to get to parts so he'll be without one for a while but he kept the bits if she wants to have a look!

If Mako isn't put off by it, Ren would be super interested in hearing about the Kaiju! He's a huge anime nerd and boy is that something right out of one.

she'd definitely be willing to talk about them! if he nerds out or gets too excited, she'd be put off by that, but that could make for interesting interactions tbh!

ryuji probably can't even unscrew the back end of a toaster to fix a broken wire, but man, if you're looking for someone to pick stuff up and put it down over there, he will gladly be your trusty lab assistant!

it will be such a slow go, but man, yes, he'd be super into figuring out how the ship works. maybe he'll level up under her watchful tutelage and learn how to solder? and she can regale her epic monster battles to him... he'll be awestruck

I'm super interested to see where Jesse from this canon point and Mako could wind up. He was at a pretty dismal canon point in TQP, but he wasn't broken to the point of disrepair like he will be here, so the cr goals and direction will probably take a bit of a wildly different path to what we were planning in TQP.

You know what would be cool, though? Mako, like, seeing that Jesse needs things to keep him occupied, and so patiently teaches him idk some basic engineering while she's working on something. Something to do with his hands, to help him put his focus into that rather than constantly disappearing into himself into this eerily silent depersonalised state he tends to frequently disappear into.

AND WHEN THE GAME STARTS and I get an idea of how things are going to kick off, I'll put that TDM top-level up for Mako in a log!!

Blunt and rigid? An expert fighter? Sounds like someone Daisy knows from back home. I could see Daisy being a little drawn to her when she notices just how much she has her guard up and may want to get to know her a bit more. Plus the fact that she wants to find out what she can about this place is something these two share.
