G'day, g'day! I'm Alex, bringing Jesse Pinkman from AMC's Breaking Bad into this fabulous new space adventure.


Jesse's canon point will be Granite State (5x15), which is the second-last episode of the show. For those familiar with the show, you'll know that Jesse has transformed a lot by this canon point, almost unrecognisable from season one Jesse, and you'll also know that Granite State is probably one of the cruellest canon points to bring Jesse into any setting wHOOPS. For those unfamiliar with the show, Jesse has gone through absolute hell by this point, on a whole range of spectrums, and is a walking PTSD mess. He will be waking up in the Mess Hall on Deck 2, if anybody else with their character waking up in the same place would like to kick off things there.

A note that Jesse's canon deals with a lot of very dark themes. I'll make every effort to label any potentially triggering content with appropriate warnings, but feel free to take a look at the permissions page I've put up concerning these themes. Here is also Jesse's app if you wish to read more about him (and why he is the way he is at the canon point he's at - because he really is nothing like the Jesse Pinkman he's well-known for by this point).

OMFG HAWKEYE. i haven't watched M*A*S*H* in.... my god, years. like, since the early 80s lmfao which is showing my age. i'm canon familiar but also super canon rusty, because it's been so long!

but oh good, he can be in the "problems with psyche and mania" camp with jesse, who is honestly going to need a doctor giving him a serious look over. jesse basically will look like a severely traumatised, severely mistreated prisoner of war. D:

i'm gonna have to somehow get some M*A*S*H* rewatching happening over here; I've been meaning to for a long, long time but have never gotten around to it. My deepest apologies, Hawkeye, for whatever may happen with Jesse here. He is a PTSD-infested mess, for a whole range of extremely horrendous reasons... which at least Hawkeye would understand on a war level. Jesse hasn't been in a war as such, unless you could call meth empire warfare and Having To Deal With Walter White a war.

Hawkeye is coming from end-of-series and he's not as gung-ho on practical jokes and pun wars as he used to be. He's got his major breakdowns out of the way and he might not know what PTSD is, exactly, but

Also he's going to mother hen the fuck outta Jesse. Maybe. IDK. All he wants is retirement and to fall into a coma.
