Hello everyone, I'm Evy, new to reverie and I'm bringing you Mystique from the first three X-Movies! She comes from a world where mutants like her are feared and despised and in her case that might actually be for valid reasons. Not only is she a shapeshifter, able to take a wide variety of forms, but she's also a terrorist (she prefers freedom fighter) and a murderer with a long list of victims, all in the name of mutant supremacy equality. She has a reciprocal hatred of humanity, which has always hated and feared her, so don't expect her to be the friendliest of people.

At first she'll be using a human face until she understands how things operate and who everyone is. So if anyone meets her she'll introduce herself as Sarah Hyland and be about as shy and afraid as anyone cast into a situation like this without any prior experience would be. Just a young woman with a lovely smile, absolutely not a dangerous spy/assassin in disguise nope.

hello! i'm kerry and i play vanessa ives from penny dreadful ( possidetur ) and river song from doctor who. it's nice to see the rare sight of original trilogy mystique, she's wonderful!

Hi Kerry! *wavewaves :) She is very different to new trilogy Mystique that's for sure!

I can see Mystique watching River a a potential threat, so I would certainly love to do something with her! She'll probably hang out at the gym a fair bit, does River spend a lot of time there? Also I'm sure 'Sarah' would try to befriend Vanessa to pump her for information so that might be something else to do? :)

river would probably end up doing the exact same thing once she got wind of her. river hasn't gone to the gym yet but once she realises that she'll be stuck for a while (she's only been here a few weeksish) then river probably will.

Either that or the Mess Hall's always a good place to meet? What if she trips at some point while carrying food and close to River to test River's reflexes? The shoes are ill-fitting after all ;)

mess hall is definitely a good place! though whether she catches it or lets it fall we'll have to see ;)
i'm amused at the two of them trying to keep tabs and spy on each other with similar skillsets to absolutely be able to foil the other

I can just picture once Mystique starts walking around as her blue self, the two of them in the same room studiously ignoring one another while actually watching like hawks xD
