» Anything else? I'm in the middle of an intensive certification course, and unofficially slowatus'd! I am absolutely interested in all the CR and shenanigans, but my tag speed will be glacial for the next two weeks.

» Name: Hank, as of a couple months ago-- he wasn't named in his own canon.
» Canon: The Fall
» Canonpoint: Shortly before the end of game 1
» Fact Cheat Sheet:

• Who: the automated system administrator for Domesticon Warranty and Recycling Depot #127. He was designed to administer a facility where deviant AI were retrained, reformatted, dissected, or just killed. This went sideways a few decades back, and he's since become super deviant his own self.
  
• Where: Your standard Sci Fi Future With Robots. (No aliens, though.) Humans have spread throughout the galaxy; the mainframe AI's facility was on a planet in "the outskirts of the reaches". It's currently an abandoned murderpit, but Domesticon is still a well-known megacorp in the galaxy at large.
  
• Personality: Subversive, insightful, and surprisingly kind. Hank is a bound AI, and still restricted by his programmed rules, which sometimes enforce inane or damaging behaviors. But he's also a lonely dork who values people, and will risk himself on their behalf.
  
• Abilities: He's a sentient AI installed through the station's comm terminals. He's gained access to basic lights and (non-sealed) door controls, and monitoring for electricals. He can also watch what's going on through the cameras.

» Permissons/opt outs? link!
» Declare your (CR) intentions: ANY obviously, but AI or tech nerd CR can get especially interesting, and might have more CR hooks as he tries to access new systems. I'd love to have people willing to pry conversationally, too—he's almost entirely escaped inquiries into his actual function or origins. Characters who like to philosophize could be interesting on both sides; he's had a lot of time to think his own perception of the world through, and will gladly chat up people who express interest.

» Fit & goals: Reverie is the best place he's been ever. (He has only been one place before.) ICly, he'd like to help the humans and watch out for his fellow AI, but his protocols aren't too helpful in that latter regard. He might run into some problems there in the next month or two. (Read: once I have OOC time to plot things.)

Though I can't imagine the current event's going to do too much good for Alex's sanity. What are your plans there?

He's definitely going to hallucinate his space ship and try to go for a walk outside to get to it :D

And no his sanity won't be great but that's okay he can just hallucinate that Hank is in the room with him while they are talking

gimme that sweet sweet AI cr. connor is an android on the brink of becoming a deviant and having feels. so he's... having some inner turmoil

Oooh, sounds like fun in a pile of ways. Prodding glitchy robits into acknowledging themselves is pretty much Hank's entire stint of onscreen canon.

(While occasionally having to try to recycle the protag for failing test protocol, so, uh. Fun!)
