'sup reverites! reveries? 'tis tona (abiosis), player of kat and kaldur'ahm, bringing you a character whose first name doesn't start with k. it's a miracle. and yes, i've already apped a third character bc i have no chill. none. (that is a lie. i have approximately 2.5 chills but they're not about this game)

anyway, this is prax "plant guy" meng from that show in space where everything is terrible aka the expanse. he's coming in from the beginning of s3, so please let me know if you'd like to avoid spoilers and i'll do my very best! he's a single dad and he's a botanist coming in with a single soybean sapling, so maybe we can get this station green. he's lived his entire life on a space station, so botany in space is his area of expertise, really. he's a good guy who's kind and nurturing when life isn't trying to fuck him over too much. he's also Very Worried about his daughter...

as someone who has no need to avoid spoilers: is "plant guy" a thing because he works with plants or is he... you know. plant guy 👀

it's a thing because he works with plants. and likes plants. and likens everything to plants. he's not actually any part plant tho....... that'd be interesting as well

plant guy is just his canonical nickname from the others. that and "doc" even though he is NOT A MEDICAL DOCTOR

right?? he got adopted by the crew and i love him and his relationship with everyone and just. he's so good and soft and nurturing (most of the time)
