Also, do you think it's probably best to just wait until the 15th then to disseminate the info ic'ly? I might try to put something small together in an inbox thread to show the team who tried cracking the code the room, which will probably cut down on any questions as to its functions, etc and give the nerds some time to understand what the heck is all in there.
