Thank you for the info. Most nonessential doors are unlocked to begin with, but if Frank has attempted to unlock any of the doors on deck 1 off the observation deck toward the inside of the ring, he will have unlocked the Chapel. The code for the Chapel was/is 5399.

For reasons of information distribution and not backdating a finding like this for the game at large, we ask that Frank either does not manage to unlock the Chapel until after the 15th, or if it is in character for him, that he keep his discovery quiet until after the 15th.
